Products
The machines have thousands of games from various consoles from the past. All the classic games from the late 70s, 80s, 90s and early 2000s.

The Plus model has 4 joysticks, as compared to the Original model which only has 2 joysticks.
All of our Arcades are handmade and built to order. Everything is brand new and each system comes with:
• New 32" or 43'' TCL smart tv (Netflix, Roku, Sling, etc.)
• New buttons
• New Joysticks (zippy)
• New Boss 6.5" speakers (300 watts)
• New amp (can be used as a jukebox )
• New LED lights with a remote (LEDs are around the tv, and behind the marquee, depending on the model )
• New Raspberry PI B Plus with a 128gb micro SD card (newest version)
TAG arcades are NOT suitable for commercial purposes at all.
All of our arcades are geared towards personal and at home use. NOT commercial.
We are unable to offer any support for Arcades in a commercial environment.
Purchasing & Troubleshooting

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We don't accept cancellations for:
- Orders being cancelled 3 or more business days after the order is placed.
- Orders with custom wraps that are being designed or have been already approved/selected by the customer.
If this criteria does not apply to you, we can cancel the order, but a 35% restocking fee will be charged.
Please contact us prior if you have any problems with your order.
At TheArcadeGuys your satisfaction is important to us. All returns must be in new or like new condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before returning any item please contact TheArcadeGuys. All arcade systems must be properly packed and shipped via an authorized shipper. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges including packing. Additionally shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Custom paint design or any extras fees are non-refundable.
We are always open to any modifications of an already placed order, and we are more tan willing to help you out on getting the desired product.
Please let us know if you need any changes/modification within the next 2 business after the order is placed so we can properly accommodate it.
Notifying us after the 2 business days mark, will incur in additional fees.
Shipping
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Our shipping method is Ground Freight Shipping with a Door-to-Door service. Your Arcade will only be delivered to your front door/garage. If you require any kind of help (such as getting it to the basement or up a flight of stairs, etc.) it will be at the discretion of the shipping company.
If you have any special request for delivery, such as unavailable dates to receive or specific dates for the shipment to be delivered, extra fees may be applied.
The small freight shipping companies we use are able to deliver all 7 days a week. (They will deliver based on their route, when your order is picked up, road conditions, and weather.) Feel free to share any times or days you are unavailable for delivery. If your order will be delivered to your business please send us your days and hours of operation so we can accommodate properly. If delivery is unsuccessful due to this information not being shared with us, we'll charge the shipping fee again before re-attempting delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable upon succesful delivery and acceptance of the arcade.
Once the machine is shipped, you will receive an email that includes setup videos as well as a cheat sheet of the button layout (included with the arcade on top of the keyboard).
If you need further help after the Arcade has been received, please leave a message through our Contact page. We will be happy to show you how everything works or answer any questions.

We don't have a warranty set, but we stand behind what we build. Every client has our number and we are always an email or call away to help with anything that may happen. We also include a video that shows you how to backup the memory of the system on a computer and include extra buttons and wires for future repairs.
Not at all! Just plug it in and start playing your favorite games. We include with every item a sheet with very easy to follow instructions on how to set up your item for the first time. If you need extra help, don’t hesitate in reaching out to us with any question.
Yes!
Yes, the buttons are fully programmable so you can customize your favorite games in the exact way you want to. The system comes with an already programmed ready to use system, but if you have additional questions our support team is always ready to help.
Yes, the cabinets and pedestals both can support add-ons like Lightguns and Trackball that you can also add while purchasing on our page, as well as custom vinyl wraps for them too.
Yes! you can check all the available wraps over here, if you would like something that is not there, we can make a super unique custom wrap for you at no additional cost!

In the unlikely case of this happening, please contact us immediately with any problems you’re having and we’ll take care of it right away.
Please make sure you have a backup of your SD card before you do any changes.
Due to hardware availability, cabinets that has both Trackball and Light Guns installed, will need to go through an extra step regarding the add-ons connections.
